Know what the dental payer knows.
Dental policy intelligence built to reduce denials and accelerate reimbursement.
Ask a real payer-policy question.
Watch Axlow trace it to the source.
From CDT code to payer rule to original policy evidence—without searching another PDF.
Ask a real payer-policy question.
Start in plain English. Axlow can infer the payer, CDT code, geography, and policy intent from the question instead of forcing you through a rigid search form.
Know exactly what Axlow is researching.
Before answering, Axlow resolves the payer, state, CDT code, and rule type so a state-specific rule is not silently presented as a payer-wide conclusion.
Search validated policy evidence, not the open web.
Axlow searches structured payer-policy evidence and promotes only what the source supports. Unsupported scope stays unsupported instead of being filled in.
Every supported answer ends at the source.
The answer is only the beginning. Open the cited passage, policy version, effective date, and original payer document whenever you need to verify the rule.
Turn the answer into the next question.
Follow-up questions stay in context and return their own cited answers, so teams can move from frequency to documentation to policy changes without restarting the research.
Research, verify, and monitor in one place.
Filter the evidence.
Research by CDT, payer, state, and rule type, then expand the structured rule.
Browse the source corpus.
Move back to the original payer documents whenever you need broader policy context.
See policy movement.
Surface newly discovered documents and meaningful changes before they become surprises.
Put the full payer-policy workspace to work.
Get Ask Axlow, Policy Explorer, the Policy Library, What Changed, and source-level evidence in one workspace.
From payer document to operational decision.
Axlow doesn't just find the document. It structures the rule, CDT code, payer, geography, effective date, evidence, and required action.
Ask the rule before the claim.
Find the payer source tied to a CDT code, then see the applicable rule, evidence, effective date, and action.
Policy intelligence is distinct from member-specific benefits.
Coverage is only the beginning.
Axlow structures the rules that decide whether a dental claim is complete, defensible, and payable.
- Frequency & age limits
- Required narratives
- Radiograph requirements
- Bundling & inclusive services
- Alternate benefits
- Replacement periods
- Predetermination rules
- Timely filing & appeals
Policy intelligence that moves the claim.
Before submission
Surface documentation, frequency, bundling, alternate-benefit, and payer-specific risks before the claim leaves the PMS.
Prevent avoidable denials
After denial
Match the denial reason and CDT code to the correct policy version, evidence, and corrective action.
Reduce research time
During appeal
Generate a cited first draft grounded in the payer rule and the documentation available for the case.
Build defensible appeals
Your team does not need another portal.
Put current, cited dental policy intelligence inside the PMS, clearinghouse, eligibility, and RCM workflows your teams already use.

What is Axlow?
Axlow is dental payer policy intelligence software. It structures payer policy documents into searchable rules and lets users research those rules through Ask Axlow, Policy Explorer, and the underlying source library.
Which dental payers does Axlow cover?
Axlow currently tracks 18 active payer entities, with depth varying by payer, geography, and policy type. The Coverage page shows the current payer-by-payer corpus and validation depth.
Does Axlow provide member-specific benefits or eligibility?
No. Axlow is payer policy intelligence, not a member-specific benefit, eligibility, authorization, or payment determination. Teams should still verify the member’s plan and benefits when those details matter.
Where does Axlow get its policy information?
Axlow monitors and indexes primary payer sources and policy documents, then structures supported rules with source evidence. When Axlow cannot support a payer-wide conclusion from the available evidence, it is designed to say so rather than fill the gap.
How often is Axlow updated?
Axlow continuously monitors its configured payer sources and processes newly discovered or changed policy material. Publishing cadence varies by payer, so update frequency is not identical across the corpus.
Can I see the original source behind an answer?
Yes. Supported Ask Axlow answers and Explorer results can link back to the cited source passage or original policy document so you can inspect the evidence directly.
What is included with Axlow Pro?
Axlow Pro includes unlimited Ask Axlow questions, CDT-level policy research, payer-rule comparison, cited source evidence, and full Policy Explorer access. Axlow Team supports 2–5 named users at $297/month or $2,970/year. Teams needing more than five seats, SSO, API licensing, or custom integrations can contact Enterprise.
How does the 7-day trial work?
A payment method is required to start the 7-day trial. Billing begins after the trial unless you cancel before it ends. Axlow sends a reminder before the trial converts.
